Great guy and business. I had an awful situation where a customer abandoned our car inside the Terminal 3 Parking Garage at Sky Harbor. The height limit there is 6'10", so good luck getting a tow truck in, and we had no key. Charles said his van wouldn't fit, but then called me back a bit later to tell me he could go get his wife's car which would fit if I still needed help. We had it figured out at that point, but just always appreciate the person who is willing to make it work. We've used them elsewhere at like 9 PM and service is always great and easy.

If you are looking for a real deal locksmith “look no further”. Charles is a true craftsman. He did what not a single other locksmith I called was willing to do. Get a key for my RV slam latches. He met me after hours and was willing to cut a key by hand using impressions from my locks. And then made copies of all my keys.
